I have been attending PCC since 1996 and have been doing our bookkeeping since March 1998. Working here has played a significant role in my life and I know that this job is one of God’s gifts to me. Each person I have been on staff with here through the years has helped shape who I have become and I am grateful for each friendship I have made. It has been a blessing to see how God uses all circumstances, good and bad, for His glory if we allow His grace to work in our lives and then extend it to others. I have come to a place where I “Believe God”, not just “Believe in Him”, and He has proven Himself faithful and trustworthy through His Word.
I have 3 adult children, who bring much joy and purpose to my life. My oldest son is married and I now have a grandchild! I love spending time with my family and I am learning to enjoy time on my own and stepping out to try new things. I like to play volleyball, read and support my hockey team – The Canucks.
A verse that has been so meaningful to me these past few years is Isaiah 41:13 – “For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
