Gospel = Life
This fall we are starting a new preaching series for our Sunday morning worship services called Gospel = Life. We believe that simple phrase reflects our third value, embodying the gospel, and reminds us each week to live out the good news, to be a living embodiment, a visible sign of the anointed one.
Our teaching will focus on the book of Galatians as we look to the scriptures for teaching about what it means to be the church. The message of Galatians is an exhortation to be that new life in Christ, no matter what may come, and so I believe it is the perfect scripture for us to open our hearts to for such a time as this. These are such turbulent times now and it is in times like this that the truth of the gospel rings out so pure, that Jesus brought new life by believing in him.
