As we approach God intentionally in prayer and fasting as a church during the next week to set "The Foundation" for 2025, below are the specified points of focus to guide our prayers each day.

January 6 – Gratitude

Psalm 136:1-6“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. 2 Give thanks to the God of gods. His faithful love endures forever. 3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords. His faithful love endures forever. 4 Give thanks to him who alone does mighty miracles. His faithful love endures forever. 5 Give thanks to him who made the heavens so skillfully. His faithful love endures forever. 6 Give thanks to him who placed the earth among the waters. His faithful love endures forever.” (NLT).

  • Thank God for being present with us through all that life brings.

They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds!” (NLT).

Prayer Points:

  • Share your needs with God. Ask Him for the needs you expressed to Him.
  • Ask God to help us to always trust in His timing and His sources of provision.
