As many of you know, our Youth Pastor Diane was scheduled for surgery this morning at 7:45 AM. We have just received an update from Jonathan.
"Surgery went well. Surgeon says it took them a little longer to close but they were able to do it. They were able to keep the bulb on her right side. AMEN to that!! They did grab some tissue to send to pathology to be sure that she'll not need radiation. At the moment, Diane is in recovery and responsive. They'll monitor her for 48-72 hours to make sure there is no brain leak. Her recovery time will be about 3 months and results from pathology in 6 weeks."
We are grateful and praising God for this good news. Please keep Diane, Jonathan and the family in your prayers as she begins her recovery.
