Innovation Collaboration -- You are Invited
An opportunity to collaborate with other leaders to innovate ministry at Pacific. Six months ago, Emmaus leaders gathered in the first ever Innovation Collaboration. It was a great way to talk about what was working, what was not, and what actions we can target for the future. It was a great life giving opportunity. In fact, it inspired a new way to concieve of leadership development at Pacific and we want to invite you into that.
We are inviting leaders from all the ministries to participate. At this collaboration, we will introduce a new ministry idea called, "Groups at Pacific." We have reviewed the idea with the Board and Staff and we desire to engage you. We believe that the future development of Pacific will be connected to how well we develop our leadership community. Instead of an army like system of command and control, we believe that a collaborative environment where diverse types of leaders who participate together to reflect, discern, and plan is more consistent with the pattern of Christ's community.
