The AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held Wednesday November 30 @6:30pm in room 125.  

This is different from our usual practice of having our meeting following the Worship Service on a Sunday.  The reason for this is that we want to give time to focus on electing board member(s), approving audited year-end financial statements, reviewing the annual reports of our various ministries, and exploring possible renovation plans. Your input on renovation and ministry options will help determine future directions.

The AGM provides a great opportunity to celebrate and bring closure to the past season of ministry.  We encourage everyone to attend (members vote); this is a time we can get together as a community and seek God's best for the future. 

Agenda items:

  • We will examine the Financial Review of our last fiscal year (Sept '15-Aug '16) provided by our accountants and take time to look at the ministry accomplished in the last year.
  • We will vote in a new Elder, as well as those up for re-election
  • We will discuss future plans for our building
  • We vote in two new members to serve on the next Nominations Team
